You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Makakilo pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Makakilo homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
Our Makakilo dispatch keeps notes on recurring hot spots by neighborhood, which shortens the inspection and sharpens the treatment plan from the very first visit.
Most Makakilo service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Makakilo crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Makakilo emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Makakilo invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Makakilo restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Multi-location Makakilo accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Makakilo termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Liquid barrier treatments are mapped along the entire foundation line, not just the section where damage was first spotted.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. We'll also flag chewed wiring or insulation damage found during the inspection so you know what to address afterward.
Monthly barrier treatment through Makakilo's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Makakilo calls get a same-day window. Tell dispatch what you've noticed and where — it helps us send a technician already prepared for the likely cause.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Makakilo quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Makakilo customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Makakilo technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Makakilo technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Makakilo customer's trust over a technicality.
Nights, weekends, holidays — the Makakilo emergency line is staffed and answered, not routed to voicemail. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Years of Makakilo-specific service visits mean fewer guesses and a treatment plan built around what actually works here. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Makakilo.
Makakilo clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Makakilo customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
No matter which part of Makakilo you're calling from, a licensed technician can typically reach you the same day. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Whether you're close to downtown Makakilo or out toward the edge of our service radius, the same crew, pricing, and guarantee apply everywhere we're dispatched.

You'll get one flat number after inspection, confirmed with you before treatment begins.
Nights and weekends get the same licensed technician standard as a daytime call, just faster dispatch.

Payment is due at time of service for most residential visits, with commercial terms available separately.
Some issues, like a single wasp nest, resolve in one visit. Others, like termites or rodents, include a scheduled follow-up as part of the standard plan.
Property managers can set up standing service across multiple units with a single point of contact.
Clear access to baseboards, under sinks, and the attic hatch if possible — it speeds up the inspection significantly.
Pricing depends on property size and the pest involved, but you'll get a flat-rate quote after inspection before we start any work.
Licensing is checked and current for every Makakilo, HI technician — it isn't just a claim on our website.
A written summary of findings and treatment is standard for termite work and available for any Makakilo visit if you'd like a copy.
